Department of Medicine Vacation/Leave Requests

If you need to request time off while on a department of medicine rotation (see list below), head to the department of medicine website then login with your username and password.

Pagers for UH Rotations: Pickup / Drop off in Education Office, Room ALL140. After hours drop off in mail box outside Room ALL203 (Mail Room). Place in envelope clearly marked Department of Medicine. Please inform us either by email or voice mail that you dropped pager in mail box.
Pagers for VH Rotations: Pickup / Drop off in Room WT Room E2-314. After Hours drop box outside Room E2-314
